Mitchel Novas is the Felony Division Chief for the Office of the Public Defender for the Seventh Judicial Circuit.A criminal defense attorney for thirty-eight years and Board Certified Criminal Trial Expert for twenty-four years, Mitchel has extensive experience cross-examining experts and presenting expert testimony.
